There's something satisfying about owning every line of your personal site. No drag-and-drop limits, no template shared with thousands of others.

I'm building it section by section: research, projects, publications, notes, and more. Later I'll add search and maybe an AI assistant trained on my writing.

For now, the goal is simple: ship something real at theyeganeh.com and keep iterating.
